12 weeks in person weight lifting training for females

Corporate Classes:

  • 45 min Desk Workouts: designed to enhance flexibility and joint range of motion, helping to alleviate stiffness and discomfort in the lower back, hips, and shoulders. No equipment, no time commitment, just stand up and Do it!
